1. 100% Document Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full intellectual property, legal title, copyright, and unrestricted ownership of every document, image, invoice, receipt, and custom graphic you process using 0Stamp.
0Stamp does not claim, assert, or reserve any license, right, title, or interest in your documents. We never see your documents, nor do we store them on our infrastructure. Your files belong exclusively to you.
2. Permitted Commercial & Personal Use
0Stamp is provided completely free of charge for:
- Commercial & Professional Use: Freelancers, remote contractors, self-employed professionals, and commercial businesses may stamp client deliverables, billing invoices, receipts, and internal accounts without royalty fees.
- Personal & Educational Use: Individuals may process personal records, utility bills, rental receipts, and coursework submissions.
- Batch Processing: You may stamp single documents or large multi-file batches without arbitrary volume restrictions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
While 0Stamp is open and un-gated, you agree not to use the software to:
- Forge, falsify, or counterfeit official government stamps, judicial seals, or law enforcement certifications.
- Commit financial fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, or intentional misrepresentation of invoice payment status.
- Engage in automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our static edge CDN hosting.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
0Stamp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Tax & Invoicing Compliance: Invoicing, VAT, GST, tax deduction, and audit rules vary significantly across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your stamped documents comply with the statutory requirements of your regional tax authorities (e.g., IRS, HMRC, CRA, ATO, or EU tax agencies).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 0Stamp, its creators, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the utility.
5. Termination & Zero-Account Continuity
Because 0Stamp requires no user registration, email authentication, or login credentials, there are no accounts to suspend or terminate. You may cease using the service at any time simply by navigating away from the website or closing your browser tab.
